How it Works

You must first place your order for the Debut Package following the directions shown while ordering.  It is important that you double-check your measurements to be sure they are correct before finalizing the order.

Next, you will receive 2-3 fitting bras.  The size of these bras will be based upon the measurements you entered when ordering the Debut Package.

After you have received the fitting bras, you have the option to either take and submit photos of your fitting to me OR to have a live web conference with me to discuss your fitting.

If you choose to submit photos:
You will need to take all photos wearing EACH fitting bra.  This may require help from another person.  These must include a front view photo, back view photo, and side view photos.

If you choose a live web conference:
You must have a computer with internet access, a web camera, and your computer must be able to play sounds.  During this conference, you will try on each fitting bra and we will discuss the fit and your level of comfort in each.

After I have reviewed your photos or we have completed all web conferencing, I will give you the okay to mail back the fitting bras in the provided packaging.  It is important that the bras are not mailed back until all basic fittings are complete.

Once I have received the package of fitting bras, I will begin work on your customized order.  This will be based upon all of the measurements and fittings.  It will be tailored specifically for you.  My goal is your perfect comfort!

Once the bra has been completed, it will be mailed to you for additional conferencing.  Again, you may submit photos or we can have a live web conference, depending upon your preference.  Please see the guidelines above for each.  I ask that you try the bra for one week after our conferencing.  If at the end of the week there are any concerns or problems, I will adjust the bra as needed or send a new customized creation to you.

After we have had a successful fitting, you will be free to order any style or even create your own style as available.  It is important that you use the same name for all future orders as I will use this to pull your fit information with each new order.
